Decorating the cottage for Christmas at the Babblebrooks!

Hello everyone,

Here is a little story i created last yr about decorating the christmas tree! (forgive one photo being slightly different from the others -original was very out of focus!) The first story for this month!

Decorating the cottage for Christmas at the Babblebrooks!  

On a very chilly december day in Little Eleville, the Babblebrooks were enjoying a nice cosy day inside. Bubba always loved to read stories and what is better at christmas time.. a story called - "The Sylvanian Christmas Story!" 

When the story was over and everyone had cheered whooray at the end, Rocky had a brilliant idea! "Wow what brilliant reading Bubba, now i was just thinking about our story as you read it to us.. Who would like to decorate the cottage ready for Christmas?" "Oooo yess please Dad!!" Bubba replied excitedly!! 

Within minutes Rocky had found the box of decorations.. "Dad where shall i put this?" "You can put it over there and the poincettas can go above it and in the same place on the other side ok?" 

"Ok dad here we go!" "Oh thats brilliant, im just putting this sprig up here..."

Meanwhile Breezy was busy watching over their baby sister Coral, who loves building with her blocks...  "Hmmm i can guess what you are asking father christmas for!" And a giggling Coral replied "more blockies!"

Next decoration to go up was the wreath. "Ooo Dad, can I put this on our front door please.." "Why of course we can! Lets go." 

And in seconds the wreath was up on the door, "I hope everyone likes our Greeting!" Bubba said outloud! 

Five minutes later, Breezy asked "can we decorate our tree dad? Please, i want to help now!"

"Of course we can, heres the box of tree decorations and our tree is just over there!" 

"Can i go first please dad?" Breezy asked,

"why of course you can, you did ask first!" Rocky replied

"A silver Furry boot" and a "gold candy cane!"

Ten minutes later, the tree was nearly finished. 

"Oo dad what are you looking for?" Bubba asked, "Oh you will see in a second!"

"Ahhh ha... Here it is!" Rocky said with a big smile on his face and a bright yellow star in his paw.

"Oo thats pretty!" 

"Now my darlings, can you help me get this up on the top, by holding the ladder for me?" "Ooo i will!" Breezy said with a big smile. 

Before long, Rocky was up the ladder, carrying the star in one hand. "Ooo dear please be careful on that ladder!" Crystal told her hubby! "Im being extra careful, just for you." 

Mean while, Coral had finished playing, she had made a house with her blocks! "Mmm mummy me finished!" "Oh wow sweety thats so good" Crystal replied praising her youngest.

 "Oh i cant wait for christmas to arrive now!" The children replied in unison. 

And there we go we have one decorated christmasy cottage and a very happy family.
